Step into the comfort of this conveniently located three-bedroom, two full bath Home near Partridge Inn. Inside there are two living rooms, a workout area, full-kitchen and more. The fenced backyard includes an indoor-ground salt pool, gas grill, sectional seating with firepit, plus two lounge chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with 55" smart TVs to watch from your orthopedic queen size mattress with adjustable base. Easy drives to The Augusta National, Downtown, Fort Gordon and Hospitals. The Home is bright with calming vibes and tons of space to spread out. Either enjoy your stay by lounging poolside and grilling or snuggle on the couches watching your favorite shows in any of the living rooms. For extra privacy, the bedrooms are separate from the back living room. The back living room has reclining couches with attached charging stations.
Each bedroom has it's own smart tv and remote-controlled adjustable queen-size bed. Fans overhead. Look in the closets to find clean towel sets, extra pillows, hangers. The bathrooms also provide extra clean towel sets, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers and detachable shower heads for your convenience. And of course, toilet paper. 😉
Kitchen appliances include microwave, oven, stovetop, air-fryer, ground coffee maker, toaster and blender. Pots & pans, plates, silverware, bowls as well, plus ground coffee, tea, oatmeal. There are also various grilling utensils and seasonings. The recycling bin is in the pantry. The small side bar area includes a mixology set with numerous glassware options. The bar seats 3.
Downstairs, there is a small workout area with weights up to 52Ibs, as well as an extra bathroom and a laundry area. The laundry washer comes with the detergent preloaded, as well as provided. The Cornhole set is stored here, but feel free to set up anywhere.
The driveway is single-lane and fits up to two vehicles. Street Parking also available right out front. Please do not drive on grass.
The home also provides beach towels, extra throw-blankets, and pillows. These are for your use during your stay and to remain with the home after your visit.
Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out bed from living room sofa, and a queen size air-mattress provided as needed.
HOUSE RULES
Approval of Stay will not be given until we receive an acknowledgment and agreement to House rules listed:
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are NOT ALLOWED without prior approval, will charge a min of $1,000 for violating with out approval.
$500 penalty to violations of pets with out permission on property.
All guests must be included on the reservation guest count, whether or not they stay the night. (We verify how many guests enter and stay in the home)
$150 per extra guest not disclosed beforehand.
Guest enter pool at own risk.
Guest assumes liability of pool and workout area at time of booking.
Do not disconnect, touch, or move the outdoor security cameras or $500 dollar charge per camera. Cameras are only at front entrances. The pool is private to ensure guest privacy.
Please turn propane tanks off after use of the Fire Pit and/or Grill. A $25 charge will be applied to each tank left on.
The grill is a gas grill, not meant for charcoal. If used with charcoal, a $300 additional cleaning fee will be added.
No fires in backyard other than the fire-pit-table permitted; it's a fine from the city in this area. Any fine given, the guest will assume responsibility.
If there is misuse of our home, there will be charge of $1000 if Community Association or law enforcement is called.
THIS HOUSE IS NON SMOKING. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and any other substances that create smoke or vapor. If the cleaners arrive and detect a smoky odor of any kind, there will be a charge an additional $1000 penalty plus cleaning fee.
If there are extra vehicles, DO NOT park on the grass with your vehicles. Please park in driveway or along curb; there is plenty of street parking or will face minimum of $100 charge.
Our home is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Please treat our things as if they are your own. You are responsible for all furnishings during your stay. If you break, misplace, throw away, steal, or permanently stain anything, you WILL be charged for it, and we inventory everything before and after every stay.
Note: We have Air Wick air fresheners in most rooms of the house to keep rooms smelling fresh. If there are allergies to air fresheners or simply prefer not to the use, please let us know prior to check in and we will take them out before arrival.
